Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLPA license or certification, meeting Connecticut state requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in a school environment
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and classroom collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and within a team

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech-language programs and activities developed by supervising SLPs
- Provide direct and indirect services to students in individual and group settings

- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights
- Maintain confidentiality and follow best practices in educational therapy
