Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Sugar Land, TX

There are openings for three elementary SLPs as well as two maternity leave coverage positions available for the entire Spring semester. These roles are based in both East Katy (between Highway 6 and 99, north of I-10) and Northwest Katy (west of 99 and north of I-10). All opportunities require onsite presence and offer a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Hold a valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Preferred CCC-SLP for 2, 3, 4, or 5-day assignments; CF-SLPs considered for 5-day positions
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for contributing to a positive learning environment
• Willingness to work fully onsite; remote or supervisory-only roles are not available

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct assessments and document student progress
• Participate in team meetings and work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary staff
• Ensure compliance with all school district guidelines and state regulations
