Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Louisiana SLPA license required by the start date
- Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates; school or pediatric experience is a bonus but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working on-site—remote options are not available
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under supervision of a licensed SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational and social-emotional needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and school policies
- Assist in creating and implementing therapy materials and activities
