You’ll work alongside a highly supportive special education department, managing a reasonable caseload so you can focus on meaningful student progress.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid Louisiana SLPA license required by the start date
  • Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates; school or pediatric experience is a bonus but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working on-site—remote options are not available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational and social-emotional needs
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and school policies
  • Assist in creating and implementing therapy materials and activities
