• Collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting group and individual speech-language therapy sessions, under the supervision of a certified SLP
• Carry out therapeutic activities, reinforcement exercises, and assist with progress monitoring
• Prepare materials, track student progress, and maintain accurate records as directed
• Support individualized education plan (IEP) implementation and participate in team meetings as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every student feels empowered in their communication journey
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to promote student success
