Qualifications:
- Completion of an associate’s degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLPA license
- Experience supporting students in a school environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and contributing to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Support individualized education plans and document student progress
- Adapt activities to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Communicate regularly with educators, parents, and other therapeutic professionals
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
