What you’ll bring:

  • Associate’s degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and valid California SLPA license
  • Experience working in schools is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Team-focused mindset and a drive to help students succeed

Key responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Support data collection and progress monitoring for students with communication disorders
  • Assist with preparation of therapy materials and documentation of student performance
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and support for each student
