This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide speech-language pathology assistance in a dynamic school setting. Serving two elementary schools and one middle school, this role requires dedication and expertise to support students' communication development. The position is full-time, in-person, and based in Sunnyvale, CA, with an immediate start and commitment through the full school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology assistance services to students across two elementary schools and one middle school
  • Collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists and educators to implement individualized plans
  • Monitor student progress and provide detailed documentation
  • Support communication goals tailored to each student's needs
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), preferably in school settings
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development in children
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work approximately 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday

  • Sunnyvale, California

Additional Details:

  • Contract position covering services at two elementary schools (1 day/week at each) and one middle school (3 days/week)
  • Full-time, in-person commitment
  • Immediate start with assignment through the full school year
