Qualifications and Experience:
• Active SLPA license in California
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
• Prior experience in a school setting (preferred, not required)

• Adaptability and a student-focused approach

Responsibilities:
• Assist SLPs in delivering speech and language therapy to students
• Implement tailored treatment plans under supervision
• Collect and record data on student progress
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and family communications
• Support SLPs with preparation of materials and documentation
• Foster positive and inclusive interactions with students
