Responsibilities:

• Assist certified Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services within the school setting
• Support students with a variety of speech and language needs, implementing targeted interventions
• Prepare materials and document student progress
• Work alongside teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes as needed
• Engage in professional growth and development activities

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program is required
• Current or eligible for SLPA licensure in the state of Washington
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
