Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Valid SLPA credential
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but open to enthusiastic new graduates
  • Understanding of IEP process, student documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to supporting students of varying backgrounds and abilities
  • Adaptable, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement speech and language goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Provide direct intervention services to K-12 students, individually and in small groups
  • Assist with assessments and administer therapeutic activities
  • Track progress, maintain records, and assist with preparation of reports
  • Collaborate actively with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
  • Support classroom integration of communication strategies
