Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
- Valid state licensure/certification as an SLPA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience supporting SLPs in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
- Passion for supporting students and facilitating positive outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Assist supervising SLP with therapy plan implementation
- Provide individual and group sessions to students under direction
- Record data and report on student progress
- Support documentation, material prep, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
