Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Ability to collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and educational staff
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized speech and language therapy plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to achieve communication goals
- Collect and record data to monitor student progress
- Assist with screenings and therapy material preparation
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and the SLP regarding student needs
- Support the creation of a positive, inclusive learning environment
