What We’re Looking For:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish; candidates will be assessed for Spanish skills during the interview
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other educational staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering individualized and small-group speech-language intervention as outlined by supervising SLP
- Assisting with assessment and documentation of student progress
- Facilitating communication-focused activities in both English and Spanish
- Supporting generalization of communication skills into academic and social settings
- Maintaining accurate service records and collaborating on IEP goals
- Working a consistent schedule, 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year
