What We’re Looking For:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish; candidates will be assessed for Spanish skills during the interview
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other educational staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering individualized and small-group speech-language intervention as outlined by supervising SLP
  • Assisting with assessment and documentation of student progress
  • Facilitating communication-focused activities in both English and Spanish
  • Supporting generalization of communication skills into academic and social settings
  • Maintaining accurate service records and collaborating on IEP goals
  • Working a consistent schedule, 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year
