• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for various age groups and learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language services as outlined by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
• Conduct small group and individual therapy sessions under supervision
• Assist in documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and updating intervention plans
• Work with classroom teachers and staff to support students’ communication goals in educational settings
• Provide culturally responsive services, ensuring communication supports meet every student’s needs
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and family conferences as needed
