Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license in Texas, or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language interventions under the guidance and supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students requiring speech services
  • Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities tailored to students' needs
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records to track student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student performance
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for students with a range of speech or language challenges

This contract position is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week and runs through May 28th, 2027, offering stability in an enriching setting where every day brings the chance to make a genuine difference.
