Make a difference supporting students’ communication growth as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity is perfect for dedicated professionals eager to work collaboratively alongside a Tele SLP, delivering impactful services to a diverse student population. The caseload is shared and distributed across three buildings—elementary, middle, and high school—so each day brings new challenges and rewards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active SLPA license in Pennsylvania
  • Experience or training working in school-based or pediatric environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, staff, and families
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills for managing multiple students
  • Proficiency with hybrid or telepractice models is beneficial
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable approach for ages and needs ranging from elementary to high school

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a Tele SLP to provide direct therapy to a caseload of approximately 41 students (number subject to change)
  • Deliver 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions each week (16 individual, 37 group)
  • Work across elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Implement individualized speech and language intervention plans
  • Maintain detailed session notes and track student progress
  • Communicate regularly with educational teams and families to support student outcomes

This assignment offers a schedule of 35 hours per week. You'll have the chance to build your school-based expertise while impacting young lives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
