This position offers flexibility—work 3 to 5 days per week on-site, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. You'll help finish out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students. Each day runs from 8:30 to 4:30, with a 7.5-hour workday and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The contract is set through June 5, with a possibility of some extended school year (ESY) work—though summer programming is limited and not required at full capacity.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in California
- Ability to work onsite 3 to 5 days weekly as needed
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs (supervision provided)
- Experience supporting school-aged children with speech and language needs is a plus
- Organized and motivated to complete IEP-related responsibilities
