School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Weatherford, Texas

This full-time, onsite contract position runs through May 25th, 2027, offering you consistent hours and the opportunity to build strong relationships within the school community. With a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m., you’ll work closely with a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver impactful services to a caseload of about 85 students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLPA license or certification required
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Capable of collaborating with educators, staff, students, and families
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to students under SLP supervision
• Implement therapy plans and assist in assessment processes
• Monitor and document student progress toward individualized goals
• Participate in team meetings and communicate findings or updates with SLP and other professionals
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
