Here, you’ll work directly with high school students on the autism spectrum or with learning differences, using personalized approaches and advanced AAC technology to support meaningful communication. Qualifications & Desired Experience
- State licensure as SLPA or eligibility as SLP Clinical Fellow
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AAC devices
- Background in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders or similar learning differences (highly preferred)
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered educational models
Key Responsibilities
- Carry a 32.5-hour-per-week caseload within the Compass High Program
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language support to high school students in a specialized educational setting
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to facilitate independence and functional communication
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment fostering student success outside traditional classroom models
