What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania state licensure and required clearances
  • Experience or comfort working as part of a school-based or healthcare interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting children’s growth and development
  • Excellent organization and adaptability to manage a dynamic early intervention caseload

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services and support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
  • Assist in conducting screenings and assessments tailored to meet students’ needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in adherence to district guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for children with various speech and language needs
