We're seeking a dedicated SLPA to provide comprehensive support for an elementary school caseload focused on evaluations, ARDs, and therapy services. If you’re driven by a passion for helping students communicate and thrive, and you hold a valid SLPA license, this onsite role is designed for you.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current SLPA license required
  • Experience working within school settings preferred
  • Comfortable collaborating alongside SLPs, teachers, and fellow support staff
  • Previous exposure to healthcare or educational environments is highly valued
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 60-80 students efficiently
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Commitment to working onsite throughout the contract duration

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services and support under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Participate in student evaluations and assist with additional assessments as needed
  • Attend and contribute to ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each student
  • Collaborate closely with school staff and families to promote student achievement
  • Stay current on best practices and adhere to district/ethical standards
