Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility in the state
- Experience supporting students in K-12 or pediatric populations
- Background in either school or healthcare settings as an SLPA
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and varying caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services under SLP supervision
- Support and carry out individualized education plan (IEP) goals
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff
- Communicate with students and families to facilitate success
