Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field
• Active SLPA license/certification (or eligibility to obtain) in Virginia
• Prior experience working in school settings is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Deliver therapy activities tailored to each student’s needs and goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and data on student performance and progress
• Support generalization of communication skills across classroom and school environments
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress
