Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited SLPA program and current state licensure or eligibility
• Experience providing services in a school setting, especially with K-12 students, is highly valued
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques and documentation processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a therapy team
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to manage a full caseload and maintain accurate records

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP
• Maintain daily documentation of sessions, progress, and communication with educational teams
• Participate in team meetings, contribute insights, and provide input for student progress reports
• Support students with diverse needs across elementary, middle, and high school
• Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations related to therapy services
