Key Qualifications:
- Current SLPA licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students under the supervision of an SLP
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Deliver both direct instruction and indirect support within the school setting
