You’ll provide essential support to both general education and special education students, advocating for their well-being, academic progress, and personal development. As an integral member of the team, your expertise will be valued across several sites—all conveniently located within about a mile of one another, making daily travel between schools manageable and engaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification or licensure as a School Social Worker (or eligibility in Michigan)
• Experience in both general education and special education settings preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies
• Passion for working with diverse student populations across grade levels
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and ready to work across multiple sites

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting student assessments and creating intervention plans
• Case management for general ed and special ed students
• Consulting with educators and caregivers to develop strategies that enhance student success
• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed
• Facilitating group and individual counseling sessions
• Participating in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings
• Assisting with the transition planning and resource referrals
