Social Worker | Anoka, Minnesota

Two positions are available for the upcoming school year, serving diverse caseloads within the district. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Social Worker licensure or certification for the state
• Experience working in schools or with school-aged populations strongly preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, crisis intervention, and providing resources or referrals
• Capable of working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• No educator credential required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive social work services to students, including assessments and individual or group interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, parents, and outside agencies to support student needs
• Participate in developing and implementing plans for students requiring social, emotional, or behavioral support
• Maintain accurate records and uphold district, state, and federal privacy guidelines
• Engage in meetings and provide expert guidance to educational staff as needed
• Caseloads will be assigned after interviews to best match professional strengths and district needs
