Qualifications and Experience:

• Current LCSW license required
• Must possess an NPI number and be registered on the PAVE portal
• Previous school-based social work experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support for students
• Excellent collaborative, organizational, and communication skills
• Candidates who are already credentialed will be given priority consideration

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling services to students as part of the school's mental health program
• Support the development and implementation of intervention strategies in concert with educators, administrators, and families
• Maintain compliance with all documentation, confidentiality, and legal requirements
• Act as a resource for staff and families regarding mental wellness, behavioral interventions, and community resources
• Participate in student support teams and contribute to overall positive school climate
• Maintain thorough record-keeping and provide timely reports as needed
