Full-Time School Psychologist – Evaluation Specialist Role in Arlington, TX

Are you a dedicated School Psychologist seeking a role focused on student evaluations and collaboration with educational teams? Soliant is seeking a Full-Time School Psychologist to support schools in the Arlington, Texas area. This position is designed for a professional who enjoys assessment-focused work and wants to make an impact through comprehensive evaluations while collaborating with educators, families, and special education teams.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-Time School-Based School Psychologist Position
  • Location: Arlington, TX Area
  • Supporting 1–2 school campuses
  • Complete approximately 8–12 evaluations per month
  • Evaluation-focused role with no counseling responsibilities
  • No cognitive or achievement testing required
  • Onsite position with the flexibility to complete report writing remotely
  • Schedule aligned with school hours and district needs

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete student evaluations to support eligibility decisions and educational planning
  • Conduct assessments related to behavioral, social-emotional, and educational needs
  • Compile evaluation data and prepare detailed, compliant evaluation reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families throughout the evaluation process
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide professional recommendations based on evaluation findings
  • Maintain accurate documentation while following district and professional guidelines

What You Won’t Do:

  • No individual or group counseling responsibilities
  • No cognitive testing administration
  • No achievement testing administration
  • No ongoing therapy or intervention caseload

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid Texas School Psychologist credential or eligibility required
  • Experience completing school-based evaluations preferred
  • Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families
