Qualifications & Experience:
- State of Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license for Social Work is required

- Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate interventions and supports
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to PreK students enrolled in a Headstart program, addressing their social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and family members to coordinate individualized plans and support strategies
- Assess student needs through observations, evaluations, and collaboration with the early childhood education team
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one sessions designed around early intervention and positive behavioral support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
