Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active Colorado licensure in Social Work is required.

  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop action plans, and document outcomes.
  • Consult with staff regarding student needs, and assist in developing strategies and interventions.
  • Travel as needed to multiple sites depending on assignment coverage.
