What You’ll Bring:

• Valid and current Colorado licensure as a school social worker
• Experience working collaboratively with education teams, families, and external agencies
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, case management, and individualized student planning

• The ability to efficiently manage time while traveling between sites and balancing a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative social work services to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, offering guidance and advocacy
• Address behavioral, emotional, and social barriers to learning, employing evidence-based interventions
• Foster positive relationships with faculty, families, and community partners to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date, compliant records for all assigned students and consults
