Desired Qualifications:

• Valid professional license as a Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of crisis intervention, case management, and evidence-based counseling strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide social-emotional support and counseling to students.
• Conduct assessments to identify at-risk students and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to address academic and behavioral concerns.
• Support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) by attending meetings and offering insights.
• Facilitate small group and one-on-one sessions focused on skill-building or coping strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the school, families, and community resources.
• Maintain all required records in compliance with regulations and school policies.
