School Social Worker Needed for the 26/27 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join a supportive school district near Bailey, CO for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral success within the school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to intervention planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Assist with crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and behavior support strategies
• Connect students and families with community resources and support services
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Active Colorado School Social Worker license/certification required
• CDE License in hand (or pending)

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.48 to $53.48. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
