Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Missouri Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
• Previous experience as a school social worker; strong preference for experience in special education settings
• Adaptable and comfortable managing varying caseloads based on school assignment and duration
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Efficient with paperwork and compliance protocols; ready to handle district-specific credentialing (technology form & fingerprinting)
• Excellent communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills
