School-Based Social Worker - Bolingbrook, Illinois

As the designated Social Worker, you'll provide essential services for students with IEPs who are bilingual (English/Spanish) and deliver additional support to the general education bilingual program and school building during your presence. Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Illinois School Social Worker license (required)
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to support bilingual students and families
• Experience in school-based social work and supporting students with IEPs
• Strong communication, counseling, and advocacy skills
• Demonstrated understanding of diverse cultures and backgrounds

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services to bilingual students with IEPs
• Support and consult with the general education bilingual program
