Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
• Licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in a school setting or with children/adolescents preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing school needs

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide direct social work services to students, including individual and group counseling
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of student support plans
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Assist with crisis intervention and response as needed
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
