Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• Minnesota licensure as a School Social Worker (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support for students
• Develop and implement individualized student plans
• Coordinate with families, educators, and other professionals
• Maintain thorough case documentation and progress reports
