Qualifications:
- Current, active State Licensure as a Social Worker (required)
- Background in school-based social work or serving child/adolescent populations
- Ability to adapt to a range of student needs and school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with staff, students, and families
- No educator credential required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social-emotional, behavioral, and support services to students
- Collaborate with school teams to develop strategies and interventions
- Maintain detailed, confidential documentation regarding student progress
- Participate in meetings, be present onsite, and ensure compliance with all policies
- Support crisis intervention and preventative programming as needed
