Qualifications:

  • Fully certified School Social Worker with state-required School Social Work endorsement
  • Experience supporting elementary (K-5) students
  • Commitment to in-person services (no hybrid or teletherapy options available)
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 30–40 general and special education students

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct social-emotional interventions and counseling to K-5 students
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed records of all interventions and progress
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate
