Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Social Worker Certification in Michigan
• Active Michigan Social Worker license
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide both direct and indirect counseling and support services

• Deliver evidence-based counseling, intervention, and support services to high school students
• Serve as an active member of the school’s PBIS and MTSS teams, supporting school-wide social-emotional and behavioral initiatives

• Support the integration of restorative practices and inclusive support strategies
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and adherence to state and district policies
