Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
- Certified to work with students in grades 6-8
- Experience in school-based settings highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver required direct and consult minutes as specified in students’ IEPs
- Gather and track data for accurate, timely progress reporting
- Complete all IEP paperwork for Annual Reviews, Initial, and Reevaluation Meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Provide individual and group support addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
