Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid license as a Social Worker
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with school-age children or in educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Familiarity with crisis intervention, case management, and counseling techniques
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral concerns
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop support plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed
- Connect students and families to community resources and services
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines
- Lead and participate in student support team meetings
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture through advocacy and education
