Qualifications:
- Active Social Worker (SW) license for the state of Pennsylvania
- Current Pennsylvania Department of Education School Social Worker certification
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable

- Understanding of current best practices in student support, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of your work
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and counseling services to students in alignment with school and district objectives
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to coordinate student services
- Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) meetings
- Conduct assessments and connect students and families with appropriate community resources
