Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work required
• Valid Michigan School Social Work licensure
• Previous experience with school-aged youth, ideally in grades 6-12

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and social-emotional supports

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct individual and group counseling services to students on your caseload
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ strengths and areas of need
• Participate in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed, addressing urgent concerns that arise
