Develop and implement services related to student needs, learning, and progress toward goals
Engage students with diverse needs and interests across a range of ability levels
Adapt services to support individual student needs
Maintain appropriate student supervision
Establish and communicate high expectations
Support critical-thinking, problem-solving, and self-advocacy skills
Follow established policies and procedures regarding student health, safety, welfare, and education

Requirements:

Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential in hand or ability to apply for one
Ability to work on-site across at least two elementary schools
School-based social work experience preferred
