Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability for the 2026-2027 school year
  • CDE (Colorado Department of Education) license in hand, or eligible to apply
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Ability to travel and work onsite
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive student support services targeting a caseload of approximately 45 students across at least two schools
  • Adapt social work interventions to meet the varied needs and interests of K-12 students
  • Provide consistent supervision ensuring the well-being of all students
  • Set and communicate high expectations, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-advocacy among students
  • Adhere strictly to established health, safety, welfare, and educational policies and procedures
