What we’re looking for:

• Valid licensure as a Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent eligible for school-based social work).
• Background in school settings or similar environments preferred, with a solid understanding of student support frameworks.
• Effective communication and rapport-building skills with students, families, and educators.
• Ability to assess student needs and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Adaptability and cultural competence to serve diverse student populations.

Your impact will include:

• Conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and facilitating one-on-one or group counseling sessions for students.
• Consulting with teachers and staff to foster a positive educational environment and manage crises as they arise.
• Coordinating resources and collaborating with families to support student wellness and success.
