Pre-School School-Based Social Worker | Denver, Colorado

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services 2 days per week, for a total of 15 hours
• Support PreK children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development in a Headstart classroom setting
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to identify student needs and implement intervention strategies
• Facilitate access to community resources for students and families
• Document progress and maintain records consistent with Headstart and school guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing an inclusive, supportive environment
