Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license in Social Work
• Previous experience working as a Social Worker in a school environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to support elementary-aged children with diverse needs
• Familiarity with developing and implementing interventions, counseling, and crisis response plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support services and counseling to elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to help students succeed academically and personally
• Lead group and individual intervention sessions as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team strategies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student services
