In this dynamic role, you will support a caseload of approximately 25 elementary students and provide push-in classroom services tailored for special education classrooms. Collaborate closely with educators, students, and families to foster positive learning experiences and address diverse needs onsite.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Active Illinois SSW license
• PEL endorsement as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience working in school settings
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to deliver services exclusively onsite (no teletherapy)

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and group social work sessions
• Supporting students with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
• Implementing interventions within classrooms, including special education settings
• Coordinating with teachers, administrators, and families on student support plans
• Maintaining records and preparing documentation required for compliance
